Monomi Park, the developer behind Slime Rancher 2, has revealed its plans to release the game on PlayStation 5 this coming June. Previously exclusive to the Xbox Series X/S and PC platforms since its early access debut in 2022, the first-person life simulation game is now making its way to Sony's latest gaming console.
The PS5 version will incorporate all the updates that have been available since the game's initial release. Gamers who choose to pre-order the game on the PS5 can look forward to early access, starting from 10 AM PDT on June 7th, giving them the chance to dive in before the official release date.
Slime Rancher 2 has enjoyed significant commercial success, selling over 100,000 units within just the first six hours of its launch in September 2022. By the end of the same month, sales had soared past 300,000 units. Now, with the PS5 release scheduled for June 11, more players will have the opportunity to experience the quirky and captivating world of Slime Rancher 2.
